SANTA CRUZ, CA (August 21, 2022) - Eleven teams were crowned Champions at the inaugural Cal North Beach State Cup in partnership with Pro-Am Beach Soccer.
Cal North Soccer Association became the first US Soccer Youth Association to declare a State Championship for beach soccer. Cal North has always been a major supporters of the sport and have now decided to take the next step and create a youth beach state cup! Thousands of teams have participated in the last 18 years, and Santa Cruz, CA held the fist ever Cal North Beach State Cup.
Winners from Cal North Beach State Cup will also qualify for the US Beach Soccer National Championship in San Diego. Thank you to all teams that believed in Cal North and making this a Beach Soccer Historical Moment!
