Donate and support soccer communities across Northern California

Since our inception in the 1960s we have strived to bring the game of soccer to as many kids as possible. Over the last two decades the game has exploded, and with that growth the cost to play soccer has also increased.

Your contributions help keep our operational expenses down, so that we can keep soccer in your community affordable. We encourage you to donate whether you are a parent, grand parent, or no longer involved in soccer, but want to keep Northern California the preeminent state for soccer!

      Your Donation Counts!

      • The typical recreational soccer registration fee charged by leagues and clubs is between $50 to $150. Of that cost, we collect $11.50.
      • The typical competitive soccer registration fee varies depending on where your live and the program, and ranges from $150 to $2,000!  Of that cost, we collect $18.
      • Of the $18 or $11.50 that Cal North collects, Cal North pays US Soccer $1 and US Youth Soccer, $2.25 for membership as a State Association. We keep the remaining $9.25 or $14.75.
      • The remaining $9.25 to $14.75 makes up our operational budget that is used to help us keep soccer programs running across all of Northern California.

We know how challenging times are right now. Consider a modest recurring donation, or a one time donation, and help bring soccer to a child in your community.
