I was born in Lodi, CA and grew up in Davis, CA. I'm a former high school athlete in football and baseball. My love for soccer grew after high school. I began watching the game religiously and am a big fan of the English Premier League and Manchester United in particular. I taught myself various ball skills and learned how to juggle. I started playing in amateur men's leagues around the Sacramento and San Diego area. I am a USSF Grassroots licensed coach currently working on my D License. Currently, I coach at the Grassroots level for Davis Legacy Soccer Club in Davis, CA. After graduating from Sac State in 2022, I have continued learning more about the beautiful game as it is always my aim to grow within the sport.
Hi, I am Amin! I was born in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, where the main sports were soccer or cricket. I grew up listening to soccer on the radio, where two rival teams, Simba FC and Yanga FC, competed, and after the games, there were either crazy parties or fights. I never played sports, but I was always a team organizer and behind-the-scenes guy from a young age. I migrated to the United States in 1993, and the Bay Area became my home. As my kids grew up and started playing soccer, I was back in soccer as a team manager and support for the coaches. My daughters played recreational and competitive soccer until they were in high school. I have worked in a leadership role for over 20 years. I am currently taking classes at San Jose State University to complete my bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. I have served multiple non-profits in Milpitas in various roles for the last 10 years. My goal is to support leagues in District 2 and learn new skills.

Hi I'm Jazzy! I was born and raised in Elk Grove, CA. Growing up, I played multiple sports...soccer, basketball, track & field, and more. But I fell in love with soccer immediately and it was always my favorite. I've made so many lifelong friends through soccer. I'm a huge follower of the USWNT, NWSL, women's soccer, and sports in general. I graduated with my degree from the University of Hawaii in 2022 and started pursuing a career in sports shortly after graduation. I am now getting my Master's in Sports Management through Georgetown University. Youth soccer is my roots and I want to help grow the game in any way I can. :)

I began when my son played as a youth and ran the local school soccer club. I became involved then as a board member of the Fresno Junior Soccer League, then was elected District Commissioner to the CYSA Board of Directors. I held that position for 20+ years. After retiring from that and when this part-time position became available again in our District Office, I decided to take it and have been here ever since.

Favorite Youth Soccer Memory: Too many to mention!
Having been born in the North Bay, I am excited to reconnect with the Northern California Soccer Community. My love for the game started when I was too young to play club, but was allowed to practice with my older brother. Then, after a few years of playing, I watched my first World Cup on a UHF channel in Spanish; Mexico '86! This sealed the deal for my love of “the beautiful game.” I have had the privilege of playing at levels that took me across the pond and all over the U.S. When my playing days were coming to an end, I focused my passion on the coaching and business sides. I have my B license, & have been fortunate enough to work with many great people and companies all in the pursuit of growing our sport.
