Cal North Pacific Conference

Cal North Pacific ConferenceThe Cal North Pacific Conference (CNPC), designed for elite-level teams, is the highest level of competition and can now be paired with the Cal North State Cup, the highest level of Cup competition for a total fee of $1750. CNPC teams will play from January 16 through January 31 at a hosted facility. State Cup will play from February 13 through March 21 at a hosted facility.

CCSL

Cal North Competitive Soccer League (CCSL) is the competitive playing league for all competitive Cal North teams across all nine districts. Appropriate competition, with attention to each team’s experience, age, and skill level is determined. Younger and less experienced teams play mostly local while older and higher-level teams may need to travel a little more to find the appropriate competition. The deadline is Jan 31 for play between February 20 to theend of May.

High School Prep

High School Prep League is a newly formatted league with a Varsity and JV level of play. Varsity is the perfect competition for teams that may have played gold or silver in the past. JV is appropriate for teams that may have played bronze or copper in the past. High School Prep League will have 6 to 8 games from January 6 through February 7. Teams will play home and away and are automatically awarded a spot in the Cal North Presidents Cup or Association Cup. Cups will be held at a hosted facility from February 13 to February 28.

Futsal State Cup

The top Futsal competition in the State taking place on February 5th, 2021 at the Pleasanton Fairgrounds. The Futsal State Cup is the only event of its kind in northern California. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. Winders advance to USFF Regionals that takes place in March in Santa Clara. Team applications are $300 for ages U8-19; boys/girls.The Futsal State Cup is held in partnership with US Futsal.

Competitions Play Level Guide

Teams should use the following guide to select the appropriate level of league and cup competition. Teams can always select a higher level in which to compete, but there are restrictions in regard to playing at a lower level in league and cup competition.

With the exception of Under 19 State Cup, all teams entering Cal North Cups must participate in an approved playing league as specified in the specific cup's rules.

Applications may be moved to the appropriate level of competition following review. Based on the team's performance history the team may be placed in a higher level competition than requested.
