Shelley brings a dynamic blend of legal expertise, leadership experience, and deep community involvement in youth soccer. She currently serves as in-house counsel with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and has held senior legal roles with the Social Security Administration and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Beyond the courtroom, Shelley has been a fixture in the Sacramento soccer community for more than a decade.
Her volunteer resume includes:
• Executive Director for Fruitridge Soccer Club.
• Team Manager for multiple boys’ and girls’ competitive teams currently at Fruitridge Soccer Club and formerly at Natomas Futbol Academy.
• Former Assistant Registrar and Match Coordinator for Natomas Futbol Academy.
• Former Coach and Manager in the Natomas Youth Soccer League.
Shelley’s ability to organize, communicate, and support both players and families makes her a perfect fit to help us grow our programs and serve our soccer community more effectively. Her work will be essential in launching our new youth league, supporting winter futsal, and advancing new special projects.
Please join us in giving Shelley a warm Cal North welcome and thanking her for her dedication to youth soccer!
