As Stated in PIM 10-1 (b) REGISTRATION (Section 6a-e)
Affiliated Leagues must fulfill the seventy-five percent (75%) requirement per PIM 10-1 (b). League's who have not paid their 75%, may be subject to a $40.00 fine per calendar day commencing September 1st, plus the 75% due. Additionally, the league may be placed in bad standing per PIM 08-3, until the 75% due and all fines are paid.
