Cal North State Champions are competing at the US Youth Soccer Far West Regional Championships in Phoenix AZ. 

Pleasanton, CA (June 18, 2012) – Live scoring updates from the 2012 US Youth Soccer Far West Regionals are available via Twitter at https://twitter.com/#!/CalNorth1 or http://www.facebook.com/CalNorth# . Preliminary matches will take place through Wednesday, June 20, with each team in each age bracket playing three matches. Following a rest day, quarterfinal matches are Friday, June 22, and semifinals are Saturday, June 23. The US Youth Soccer Region IV Champions will be crowned following final games on Sunday, June 24.

Cal North has 21 teams - 14 Cal North State Cup champions, 1 Far West Regional League teams and 6 wild cards - participating in the 2012 Far West Regionals. Cal North teams who win the Far West Regionals in the U14 through U19 age groups move on to represent Cal North and Region IV in the US Youth Soccer National Championships in Rock Hill, South Carolina from July 24-29.
