March 1, 2011 marks the removal of all jobs in LeagueOne for those registrars that have not filed new 1623 forms with their District Registrars. Have you done yours?

After 4 years with the LeagueOne system, there are a number of individuals with access to the system that no longer need it. To help clean up our database of active users, CYSA has implemented some new policies. Registrars and anyone else needing access to the LeagueOne system will need to file a new Registration Software & Data Useage Agreement Form #1623 with their District Registrar during the month of February. Then on March 1, 2011 all non-coaching jobs in the LeagueOne system will be dropped. District registrars will then reinstate access for users AFTER they have completed and submitted a new form #1623. This will be now happen annually and will help the system run most efficiently. If you haven't completed submitted the form listed above in the last couple of weeks, please grab the form now and get it submitted to your District Registrar so you don't lose access.
