Active, makers of the LeagueOne and ClubReg products, will be holding a session on Saturday morning at 10am. The session will focus on the ClubReg front end product that allows your members to register online and pay by credit card. The online registrations feed directly back into the LeagueOne system saving registrars countless hours of rekeying registration data.
The Registration Committee will be holding a "Registrar's Roundtable" on Saturday afternoon at 2:00pm. The Roundtable will begin with a brief introduction to the new Electronic Signature capabilities of the Adult Disclosure form that we are introducing in 2011 as well as several other initiatives that we are working on. This is part of our push to reduce paperwork and ease the load on our registrars. Most of the session will be dedicated to questions and solutions! Have you ever wondered how the other leagues handle this or that? This is the place to ask that question. Not sure you are processing something correctly in LeagueOne, ask away! This forum will be dedicated to the users and finding the answers they need.
