Cal North Annual General Meeting
CYSA would like to thank the League Presidents who attended the Annual General Meeting on Sunday, April 15th at the Marriott in Walnut Creek. Here are the voting results from the meeting:
- Proposal #1 – Chairman Zopfi informed the membership that the proposal was in violation of California Corporate Law 5211/5047 and ruled that no vote should take place regarding the proposal. The decision of the Chairman and Parliamentarian was appealed. The membership voted to uphold the decision of the Chairman.
